Our certified product diagnoses cardiovascular diseases (#1 cause of death globally) by scanning ECGs using AI and machine learning. As our Social Media Manager, you will develop, manage, and execute our B2B social media strategy to generate leads and effectively communicate the company’s milestones, events, and overall brand presence across multiple platforms.
As we mostly work with hospitals and healthcare integrators, the role requires an individual with a strong understanding of social media trends in healthcare marketing with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter, excellent content creation skills, lead generation, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Your role
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s commercial goals, ensuring steady lead generation and consistent presence across all our platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content (posts, videos, photos) that drives conversions and communicates company milestones such as clinical research, product launches, and partnerships.
- Event Coverage: Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to provide timely social media updates and live coverage from international conferences and trade shows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the HR, Product, and Commercial teams to create cohesive and compelling social media campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Grow and manage our online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and driving meaningful discussions.
- Multimedia Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content and photos that can be used across social media platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor our social media performance and provide regular reports to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with the HR team to create content that promotes our employer brand, attracting top talent by showcasing our culture, values, and achievements.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
Your profile
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or a digital marketing role
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- C1-level English is required, and proficiency in Slovak is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram) and social media management tools. Since our primary focus is on hospitals and healthcare integrators, LinkedIn and Twitter have proven to be the most effective channels for generating commercial traction.
- Experience with photography and video production/editing is a plus
Monthly salary: 1,500 – 2,800 EUR (depending on seniority) + equity
