At Powerful Medical, we are building a global life-saving technology. Our certified product diagnoses cardiovascular diseases (the #1 cause of death globally) by scanning ECGs using AI and machine learning for interpretation. We’re currently cooperating with several leading healthcare providers within the US and the EU and are backed by US and European Venture Capital funds.
Your role will be to support the seamless execution of Powerful Medical attendance on conferences and daily office operations. You’ll help ensure effective logistics for conferences, while providing essential support to our team at the Bratislava Headquarters.
Note: You will not be in charge of planning the actual event and venue, simply coordinate our presence on planned trade shows and conferences.
Your role
Event & Conference Coordination:
- Plan and organize the company’s participation in healthcare conferences, including booth setup, logistics, printing, technical requirements, and coordination with event managers
- Handle conference logistics, covering registration, travel, and accommodation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare event materials, such as brochures, booklets, and booth visuals
- Maintain a list of all cardiology and healthcare conferences the company will attend and ensure timely planning (booth events & speaker-only events)
- Provide on-site support for event setup, booth management, and engagement activities, including travel to US and European conferences (approx. 7 international conferences per year)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on conference promotion and post-event activities, ensuring alignment on promotional activities before, during, and after the event
- Capture photos/videos and provide post-event reports
- Track and manage conference budget, including travel, accommodation, booth setup, and materials
Office Management:
- Assist with daily office administration to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transfers for the team
- Organize materials for meetings, such as agendas and presentations, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Help with project coordination and administrative tasks related to team projects
- Provide other administrative support to the teams
Your profile
- Experience in office management and coordination is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Monthly salary: 1,800 – 2,100 EUR (depending on seniority) + equity
