Our certified product diagnoses cardiovascular diseases (#1 cause of death globally) by scanning ECGs using AI and machine learning. We’re currently cooperating with several leading healthcare providers within the US and the EU and are backed by US and European VCs.
This role will be critical in shaping our market access strategy and ensuring that our cardiology solutions reach patients globally. As our US Reimbursement Lead, you will navigate the complex US reimbursement landscape, develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, and drive the adoption of our innovative products in the largest healthcare markets in the world.

Your role
- US Market Access: Ensure successful product adoption and market access across our largest market
- Market Opportunities: Identify and evaluate opportunities, barriers, and challenges in target regions
- Pricing and Reimbursement: Design competitive pricing strategies and drive reimbursement approach
- Reimbursement applications: Lead, drive, and compile reimbursement submissions, such as NTAP, New Tech APC, and CPT codes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with payers, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies, sharing insights with the team
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams across Powerful Medical (e.g. clinical, regulatory, commercial) to align market access and reimbursement strategies
- Advocacy and Representation: Represent the company at conferences and meetings, advocating for the value of our cardiology solutions
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, and pricing within the healthcare industry, preferably in cardiology
- Proven track record of successfully securing reimbursement for innovative products in the US healthcare market
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare systems and reimbursement processes, and health technology assessment (HTA) methodologies
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging with payers and regulatory bodies
- Able to work autonomously, have a problem-solving mentality, and always willing to tackle things hands-on
