Our certified product diagnoses cardiovascular diseases (the #1 cause of death globally) by scanning ECGs using AI and machine learning for interpretation. We’re currently cooperating with several leading healthcare providers within the US and the EU and are backed by US and European Venture Capital funds.

We are seeking a highly organized event coordinator to assist with the planning, organizing, and executing of company events, trade shows, seminars, and international conferences we are attending. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to expand their event management, logistics, and operations experience while contributing to the overall success of our events.

Your role

• Event Coordination: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of our attendance at international events, managing logistics, vendor communication, and client interaction.
• Event Setup: Oversee booth setup and breakdown with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Materials and Inventory Management: Prepare and manage event materials like banners, brochures, and promotional items.
• Guest and Attendee Management: Handle guest lists, registration, and track RSVPs.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to confirm bookings and resolve any issues that arise during event coordination.
• Budgeting: Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
• On-site Support: Provide on-site assistance to ensure events run smoothly.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and help prepare post-event reports for evaluation.

Your profile

• Experience in event coordination, marketing, operations, or an administrative support role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events, tasks, and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues quickly during event planning and execution
• Flexibility to travel and work the hours necessary to support the coordination of the event
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn about the healthcare market

Monthly salary: 1,500 – 2,800 EUR (depending on seniority) + equity
