As our Commercial Operations Specialist, you will take charge of optimizing and managing our CRM and sales automation tools, ensuring that our sales processes are efficient and our marketing strategies are supported effectively.
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager with a medical background to help us engage with leading hospitals and ensure the successful implementation of our product, PMcardio. You will work closely with Medical professionals to integrate our technology into clinical workflows, resolve inquiries, and help achieve meaningful outcomes for patients. If you have experience in the medical field or have worked in the healthcare industry, and enjoy building strong relationships with medical teams, you’re the perfect fit for this role.
Your role
- Collaborate with cardiologists, ED nurses, CCU staff, and other medical professionals to onboard and integrate our product PMcardio into their workflows
- Guide hospitals through the implementation process to ensure PMcardio delivers lasting value in emergency and critical care settings
- Serve as the “voice of the customer” to our product team, providing feedback to improve the platform and align with clinical needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with ticketing and complaint resolution to ensure a smooth user experience
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify ways to improve clinical outcomes and user satisfaction
- Contribute to developing customer success strategies that support efficient adoption of PMcardio in hospital environments
Your profile
- A background in medicine, nursing, or related fields (e.g., completion of medical school or at least 3 years of experience in emergency or critical care settings)
- Alternatively, 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the medical or health-tech industry
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English are required
- Passion for transforming healthcare through technology
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially in high-pressure clinical environments
- Understanding of hospital workflows, market trends (health-tech, AI), and the needs of emergency and cardiology departments
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing
